Administrator: 
Day to day operations. Assist the Pastor and his Wife with daily tasks before, during and after services. Must be proficient in Apple Computers, Scheduling, Organized, Detail Oriented, must be able to handle high volumes of information and process it down to it’s irreducible minimums, Quick Thinking, Fast Paced, Handle High Pressure and Confidential Information. Must have a Servant’s Heart.

Social Media: 
Social Media including Paid Ads, Building Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Ads and posting, creating engagement, develop strategy for engagement/traffic. Must be numbers driven with a mind for creative content.

​

WebMaster: 
Update, Maintain/Enhance our online presence for all websites and web content. Optimize strategy, analyze traffic, creating engaging, dynamic, efficient, and effective Web Presence.

​

Musicians: 
Skilled keyboard Players, Drummers, Guitarists with a heart for worship. Must be proficient and skilled in the instrument you play.

Community Ambassador: 
To become familiar with the church’s surrounding community. Creating a strategy to build good will, strong relationships and opportunities to serve and meet the needs for our community. To mobilize the church to meet significant and felt needs in the community. Organizing the church for outreach and service events. Primary Question: What can we be doing in the community to make people know that we are here? If we disappeared tomorrow would the community know we are gone?”

Communications Lead:
Must have a proven marketing background. Responsible for ensuring that people who discover our church through all mediums (website, social media) have a positive experience and leave with an understanding of the church’s culture and vision. Ensuring that all of our communications are the best representations of who we are as a church.
