We want to assure you that we are continuing to make your visit to SCC safer than going to the supermarket! As of Monday, June 15th, our facility was sprayed with another electrostatic disinfecting treatment for the safety of our attendees.

To see how our electrostatic cleaning process works, watch the video below.

Please know we are cleaning our facility thoroughly and frequently for the benefit of all. However, if you are not yet comfortable returning to services, you are welcome to view our Live Stream via Facebook or our website at 11:15am on Sundays and 7:00pm on Wednesdays.

URGENT UPDATE

Regarding Service

Created: Mar. 28th, 2020 at 2:30PM

Hello all!

Please read through carefully and entirely.

Recently we have found out after speaking to our distributors that all sanitizing products, understandably so, are being directed to hospitals and other Tier-One Organizations to combat the COVID-19 crisis. With that being said, we are having a difficult time obtaining the required cleaning supplies in order to maintain the level of sanitization that I am comfortable with. While I may be a little pedantic in the standard that I would like to hold in this area. I think that it is wise to do so. Faith and wisdom work together, and since we as a body of believers have many people at many different faith levels, we must be aware of those who may be feeling the pressure in these times.

With that being said, we have made the decision to go online for now. We have had a plan in place as a backup for some time now, and we will have that up and running for tomorrow.

The entire service, worship and all, will be available on our website @ www.stonepointcc.org/livestream

and on our Facebook @ www.facebook.com/stonepointcc

We are also exploring other options like a drive-up style service and I have a team working on the logistics of how we might execute that as well. The central idea is that you will be able to pull up in your car and we can still have church together while maintaining social distancing and complying with the recommendations of the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and other government agencies.

As I am sure you are aware I am not a fan of this overall, but I do believe that it is in everyone's best interest for now. I take my responsibility very seriously and would not want to continue to open services without being certain that we can, at minimum, maintain the level of sanitizing needed to support a large group of people and ensure the safety of our guests and congregation.

We will be reducing attendance down to the essential servers (10-20 people) in order to:

  1. Provide the basic functions

  2. Stream our services

  3. Create an environment of social distancing and sanitizing

If you would like to be a part of the smaller team, please contact Joe Merced at

(602) 510-5620 or email him at jmerced@lifepointcu.org and he will add you to the list. We will have to rotate and alternate people so you will go onto the list and we will alternate through, giving everyone an opportunity to serve.

One final thing: we are a resilient people, and I ask that you be patient and supportive of me and one another. These are unprecedented times and to my knowledge no one really has any experience going through anything like this. I am trying my hardest to follow the leadership of the Holy Ghost and to operate in wisdom. I remain unshaken and “woke" in my understanding of where all of this comes from (straight outta the pit of Hell). We remain committed to each and every one of you, and we refuse to give up or give in. Jesus is Lord over ALL and we will serve Him and ONLY Him.

Acts chapter 2 talks about a church moving beyond walls… We need to understand that this is our opportunity to reach out beyond the walls and meet the needs of the people. The Bible says in Acts, that the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved when they met the needs of their community. It is time to put the Church in the Community of Stonepoint (SCC).
